The healthier, the better

The other day I heard someone commenting on people who sleep on time. They refrain from being night owls. They give equal importance to their health. They exercise, follow healthier options for food, limit their social media time, prefer going out rather than binge watching something all through the night, manage to cater meticulously to their work during the day…… But, most of the people condemn such discipline, self care and time management…..

When working through the night……addiction to social media….reluctance to pursuing hobbies…being the new trend….unless you are someone who can stay up till 2 am…..mindlessly scrolling and investing a major chunk of time in unproductive chats….gulping junk food all day…..staying miles away from fitness…exercise…..is it actually worthy? Will it actually help anyone?

Everyone functions in his or her own way…..Is prioritizing health and self care to blame? Should time management be ridiculed? Why not consider discipline, self care and time management inspiring? Pick inspiration instead of demeaning such attributes…..Watch the zeal to productivity grow…..
